Haiti — Border Monitoring Situation Report (9 February 2017)

IOM recorded a cumulative total of 171,749 individuals comprising 103,923 households crossing the border into Haitian territory, 33.8% of these were female and 66.2% were male. 2,805 presumed unaccompanied minors were identified. 104,482 individuals declared having returned spontaneously and 29,205 individuals claim to have been deported. 37,600 individuals were officially deported at the three official border crossing points of Ouanaminthe, Malpasse, and Belladère and have been voluntary registered.
