Turkey — Migrant Presence Monitoring - Situation Report (October 2016)

As of 26 October 2016, there are approximately 3, 1 million foreign nationals present in Turkish territory seeking for the international protection. Most of them are Syrians 2,758,409 who were granted with the temporary protection status. In addition, there are 422.895 foreign nationals with residency permit status.
